HAREC organizes training workshops and short courses in collaboration with prestigious academic institutions and well-known professionals worldwide focusing on selected topics within our specializing consulting sectors that specifically relate to HAREC team applied research activities and in particular:
- GIS and Terrain Analysis for hydrologic and geomorphic applications in collaboration with Tuscia University of Viterbo and the GISTAR group.

Since 2007 HAREC staff is collaborating with FLO-2D software developers Jim O'Brien and Reinaldo Garcia for Italian short course organization and teaching.
